Allianz, one of France’s largest insurers with over 8,500 employees, was under pressure to scale organic growth in an increasingly competitive landscape. The objectives were clear: grow SEO leads, capture high-intent non-branded traffic, and outperform digital-first competitors.

But legacy SEO approaches couldn’t keep pace. Allianz faced three core issues:

Strategy

Primelis reengineered Allianz’s SEO model into a high-velocity performance engine. The strategy was built around four pillars: content production, authority development, technical optimization, and predictive visibility.
