The Amazon Senior Consultant position 

As an Amazon Senior Consultant, your mission is to contribute to the Operations Team’s client portfolio performances.

Your main missions will be:

Driving Client Global Performance

      • Using the Primelis Market platform along with Seller & Vendor accounts back offices, monitor and analyze the performance metrics for your client portfolio, providing detailed insights and reports to the client and the Operations team.
      • Prepare monthly business reviews with clients to assess progress, identify opportunities, and plan next steps. Work closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and brand strategy on Amazon. 
      • Conduct in-depth, ad-hoc analyses on sales, advertising performance, content, and other key topics to uncover areas for improvement.
      • Continuously optimize and adjust the client’s strategy to maximize their performance, utilizing a variety of levers such as product listings, content improvements, pricing adjustments, or paid advertising strategies
      • Liaise with the tech and product teams to help evolve the platform and align with operational needs.

 

Implementing and Optimizing Amazon Advertising Strategy

      • Collaborate with clients to define overall advertising strategy, particularly during peak periods such as Black Friday, Prime Day, and holiday seasons.
      • Use the Primelis Market platform to create and monitor automatically managed Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Product and Sponsored Brand), ensuring that budget allocations, bidding strategies, and keyword targeting are aligned with the brand’s goals.
      • Validate and review the platform’s automated decisions to ensure relevance and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
      • Leverage Primelis Market platform knowledge to create, manage, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Display and DSP advertising campaigns.
      • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance, particularly when it comes to adjusting algorithms or introducing new tactics to enhance Primelis Market solutions.
      • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting options to improve campaign results.
      • Liaise with tech teams to refine and evolve the platform, based on client feedback and the ever-changing Amazon advertising landscape.
      • Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

 

Maximizing Client Growth and Satisfaction

        • Utilize Primelis Market platform and in-house tools to ensure that your clients’ product portfolios maintain 100% availability and optimal quality across all Amazon marketplaces.
        • Collaborate closely with clients to identify and activate growth levers, such as advertising campaigns, content improvements, product listing optimization, and pricing strategies.
        • Maintain a strong customer relationship, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with Primelis Market’s offerings and maximizing customer lifecycle value, whether in a SaaS-only model or with Managed Service options.

 

Manage Your Client Portfolio with a Focus on Performance

    • Strategically oversee your clients’ Amazon presence to meet specific MRR goals, aligning individual success with the broader objectives of the Operations Team.
    • Develop and execute tailored strategies for each client, maximizing their growth potential across all Amazon marketplaces.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention by consistently delivering results and maintaining a trusted partnership.
    • Guide Amazon Junior Consultant in their day-to-day tasks, providing constructive feedback and ensuring they deliver high-quality results. Oversee the development of their skills in client onboarding, campaign management, or strategic analysis. Act as a point of escalation for junior team members, offering solutions and maintaining client satisfaction during challenging situations.

Profile 

  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in managing Amazon distribution for a large brand or working at an Amazon-focused agency.
  • Strong academic background from an engineering or business school, with Master’s degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage customer relationships, including presenting data with clarity and building trust through proactive communication.
  • Outstanding communication skills, comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
  • A practical problem-solver who is ready to take on challenges and work hands-on to find solutions.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to anticipate deadlines and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Based in Ile-de-France (offices in Levallois Perret), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days a week.
